– All content you upload to Lifreem should comply with applicable laws and regulations. It should not be illegal, harmful, or offensive.
– We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove any content that violates our guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
– Lifreem and its features are the property of Lifreem.
– Users retain rights to the content they upload but grant Lifreem a license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.
6. NFT and Transactions
– Any content turned into an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) on Lifreem remains the intellectual property of the user, but Lifreem reserves the right to use it for promotional purposes.
– Users are responsible for their transactions, including using Metamask and other third-party platforms.
7. Termination
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
– Users can also delete their accounts at any time.
8. Disclaimer
– Lifreem is provided “as is.” We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any loss or damage incurred from using our platform.
9. Changes to the Terms
– We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and we recommend users review it regularly.
10. Governing Law
– These terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Zug.

12. Definition of NFT
An NFT, or Non-Fungible Token, represents ownership or proof of authenticity of a unique item or piece of content on the blockchain. Each NFT is distinct and cannot be exchanged on a like-for-like basis, distinguishing it from cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum.
13. Creation of NFTs on Lifreem

Users have the option to convert their memories and capsules into NFTs.

The process of turning content into an NFT will require a digital signature and may involve associated fees (gas fees) based on blockchain operations.

Lifreem is not responsible for the blockchain operations but will facilitate the integration through our platform.
14. Ownership and Rights

Creating an NFT of your content does not relinquish your intellectual property rights. However, you grant potential buyers the right to own the unique token representing your content.

The sale or transfer of NFTs may come with specific rights, like displaying the content, but not necessarily the right to reproduce or create derivative works. Details should be specified during the listing of the NFT.
15. Selling and Transferring NFTs

Users are responsible for setting the terms of sale for their NFTs.

All transactions involving NFTs on Lifreem, including sales, transfers, and bids, are final. Ensure you understand the terms before engaging in any transaction.

Users must use Metamask or other approved wallets to manage, purchase, or sell their NFTs on Lifreem.
16. Fees and Charges

Creating, buying, or selling NFTs may come with associated fees. These fees can be platform-specific or related to the Ethereum blockchain (gas fees).

Lifreem may charge a commission on the sale of NFTs made through the platform.
17. Content Restrictions

All content converted into NFTs must adhere to the platform’s content guidelines.

NFTs that violate these guidelines, promote illegal activities, or infringe on intellectual property rights may be delisted or removed.
18. Liability

While Lifreem facilitates the creation and trading of NFTs, the platform is not responsible for disputes arising from NFT transactions, including but not limited to, disputes over authenticity, copyright claims, or transaction failures due to blockchain issues.
19. Delisting and Removal
Lifreem reserves the right to delist or remove any NFTs that violate our terms, engage in misleading practices, or receive valid and verified complaints.
